Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days before arrival – full refund of deposit
• 7–13 days before arrival – deposit forfeited

• No parties or events without approval
• Guests must maintain the property in good condition

Security & Damages

• £150 refundable security deposit required
• Returned within 5 business days after check-out
