Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before arrival – full refund of deposit
- 7–13 days before arrival – deposit forfeited
- Less than 7 days – full payment forfeited

- No excessive noise after 10:00 PM
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- No parties or events without approval
- Guests must maintain the property in good condition
Security & Damages
- £150 refundable security deposit required
- Returned within 5 business days after check-out
- Damages deducted if applicable

- Professionally cleaned before each stay
- £100 final cleaning fee applies
- Guests expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness
